Refund policy

At Jezoni, we take pride in the quality of our products. Since our items are made-to-order, we have a specific set of guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if it meets the eligibility criteria below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns are strictly accepted only for the following reasons:

- Defective or Damaged: The item arrived with a manufacturing defect or physical damage.

- Wrong Item: You received a different product, size, or color than what you ordered.

Note: As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for "change of mind," incorrect size selection by the customer, or personal preference.

3. Return Process

To start a return, you must contact us at hello@jezoni.com.

- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

 - Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
